"Imperfect" comes from the Latin imperfectus "unfinished" because the imperfect expresses an ongoing, uncompleted action. The equivalent Ancient Greek term was paratatikós "prolonged". This is because art is never finished. Imperfecture is a design movement started by Salvatore. Often a cohesion of minimalism and rationalism, imperfecture strives for voluntarily introducing an imperfection in design thus driving the misled culture of perfection in the right direction.
